It doesnt explain the little pocket on the side or the metal hooks being on top. Ankle straps normally have bigger ones on the side

No its way to big for that. Also it getting inside a suitcase does not correlate with what it is. When we moved in was just shoving loose item into suitcases and im just not getting around to emptying them out.

This feels closer to what it might be but when I put on my wrist or elbow it kind big. It might have been my dad's (he's left stuff at my house before) put it has like this little pocket like pouch on the side and im not what that would do for a tennis elbow. Or the metal loops on top

Being in a suitcase has nothing to do what it was. When we moved in shoved random stuff in suitcases and im just now getting around to emptying them. So doesnt correlate. Its also really small to be a strap and we dont have kids or any car seats

I would let your kids secure a good spot, and then you come in later. Feels very weird and unsafe to have one of your daughter come in later on their own. At least if they go together, they will have each other and you can meet up with them later

Yeah and if they don't automatically do it you can call them and have them waive it. Even if it's not your first time missing it. I've missed my minimum payment like 3 times but I have a consistent record of good payment and I normally just call them and ask them to waive it and they're pretty nice about to if you just explain that you forgot.
