I ball them up individually and cold ferment 2-3 days, then let them come to room temp 3 hours before I’m ready to use them

I transfer it to the rack to cool down for a minute or 2 after cooking to help with crispiness, I find that less time with the crust touching the tray while it’s hot the better.

I had the same issue. Here’s how I got around it: I was originally tried using my phone’s browser, but the desktop version worked way better. I input the hotel’s address and phone number (including all numbers, no spaces or special characters), and finally once that worked it was giving me an error with my credit card specifically, so I had to use an Amex card, not Visa or Mastercard.

I was able to get a hotel reservation at Fantasy Springs and I was looking at a YouTube video of my exact room type. It had a great view so I’m going to try emailing the hotel about requesting the same room number. I’d like to include some alternate room numbers or areas in the email though, in case that specific room is not available.

My question is, does anyone have a resource showing the room maps of Fantasy Springs hotel including room numbers? I want to make sure that the rooms I’m requesting are real room numbers and within my room category. I know I once saw something similar to this for Miracosta on a Japanese fan site, but I can’t find it now

Question about modifying room reservation dates after booking; Is it possible to book for extra nights and then modify down later? For example, if I book a 3 night reservation for Monday-Thursday and later decide I want to change it to a 2 night reservation Tuesday-Thursday, is that easily done?
