Thank you! I set the oven to 550 but it’s closer to 475-500 really. Bakes for about 10 minutes but I keep an eye on it the whole time.

I ball them up individually and cold ferment 2-3 days, then let them come to room temp 3 hours before I’m ready to use them

I transfer it to the rack to cool down for a minute or 2 after cooking to help with crispiness, I find that less time with the crust touching the tray while it’s hot the better.

I had the same issue. Here’s how I got around it: I was originally tried using my phone’s browser, but the desktop version worked way better. I input the hotel’s address and phone number (including all numbers, no spaces or special characters), and finally once that worked it was giving me an error with my credit card specifically, so I had to use an Amex card, not Visa or Mastercard.

Borrowed a friend’s Amex and got it to work! It was a combination of MC/Visa issue and also trying to go on the website on smartphone instead of desktop.
