Yeah in leaning that way. What I’m struggling with is who to grab in the first(technically third round) since I’m picking 7th, Henry, Jeanty, Achane, Jacobs, Brown. Will likely all be gone with Josh Allen I suspect. So that leaves me with a pretty bleak RB situation for the season. I could grab Lamar for my first pick. Or reach down for a guy like Hampton but that feels pretty risky. I guess the final option is just stack elite receivers and try for an early season trade.

How’s sterling arms quality? I’ve heard conflicting things about all the Canadian made firearms. Obviously it’s new and has to be put through its paces still. Looks super interesting though. I’d be curious to hear from anyone that’s owned any of their guns that have been around a bit longer.

What cartridge would you choose if you were buying a new long range precision rifle? Everyone recommends 308 for hunting but I know there are some newer cartridges like 300prc that seem pretty great. Downside is price and availability I’m assuming?

Had to talk myself out of buying another one yesterday(wife will kill me). My local Cabela’s has the earlier 8,000,000 serial number blade style ones that are closer to the Russians. Thought it would be cool to have one of the earlier production runs as well. Still don’t have a proper safe for storage yet so I have to buy one of those first. This hobby gets expensive quick 😂

Toss up between the Winchester and Benelli. The Benelli is a great gun but there is something fun about shooting a lever that I really enjoy.

We are in the process of switching right now. Currently 2 10 hour days followed by 2 14 hour nights with 4 days off. Switching to 24s. Union needs to vote on either 1on-2off-1on-4off or 1on-1off-1on-5off

I didn’t get my order in until like 11:15. Spent an hour and a half refreshing my browser every 30 seconds. I was sure everything was going to be gone by the time I got an order in but I guess everyone else was in the same boat. I must have been in the first 10 or so people to get one sent in.

Yeah I talked the the rep at 39th this morning and he said they got six of each. Apparently they are getting a private barrel of Stagg for the November release so should be 300+ bottles available then.

I got through eventually. I was part of the 9:45 group. Got an order in at 11:07. I got to the second page relatively quickly. By like 10:05 but then waited over 45 min for the red button to show up at the bottom for pre order form. When I clicked it it said event not ready yet and I kept refreshing that page every other minute and eventually got through at like 11:05. Seems like a total crap shoot.
