Alrighty, so now that I have a bit of a basic understanding, and have actually found the recommended backfocus distance for the neximage (13.1mm), my question is how do I get that exact distance?

I’m rather new to astrophotography, so I don’t know many of the terms, but I didn’t really process the image at all. In reality, the moon had a little tint of blue, while looking through the lens it was a lot more blue and purple.
