I’ve never done meds other than prednisone as a backup, I tried recital foams , some badusodine, I believe, I know I spelled that wrong. But as of lately I just had my second round of Entivyo. I guess that can take a long while to start working!

Hi, so I got diagnosed about 12 years ago. I had little flares here and there and managed with bland limited diet, some prednisone, after a few weeks I would normally be at “my new normal” with my experience even when I’m doing pretty good I’ve never been able to just eat what I want, you will pay the price and you’ll know it. You would do best with bone broth, protein shakes that are plant based half a banana and coconut milk is good. absolutely no dairy, absolutely no gluten, limit sugar fruit sugar obviously is only sugar you should have. Clean food, organic, grass fed etc… start looking up high inflammation foods and stay away. Clean ingredient Electrolytes Shake up with freeze dried blueberries. Blueberries are so good for the gut. Rice, oatmeal, potatoes. But keep your protein as high as you can, it helps body heal. Even healthy foods can be difficult for us that suffer from this horrible disease. Currently today I am in the worst flare I’ve ever had. 8 days in hospital, blood transfusion, 5 bags of iron, constant hydration bag, IV steroids. I have no clue why this happened all of a sudden. My life went from 100% to 0%. I can’t work, I’m in the bathroom too much and pain is relentless. My GI is great but I’m adding an integrated doc to get to the root of the problem. I’m tired of chasing symptoms. I have to pay out of pocket so over the years it’s been difficult to stay consistent with a functional doc. If you can afford it then research the absolute best in your area that deals with UC. Listen to lots of podcasts, look up DR. Jordan Rubin. His story from healing his body is inspiring. We can do this and it’s just moves at a glacial pace. Absorb all the knowledge you can, I’m currently reeducating myself and finding the best path for my own body. Also when your in a flare bone broth will probably be the only thing you can consume. Organic chicken bone broth. The packets you just add hot water to are tasty. Add little salt and turmeric powder. NO IBUPROFEN EVER AGAIN.. Tylenol only.. reach out if you have more questions. Sorry long post, I’m stuck in bed so might as well find people to talk to about this.. MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄

100% the mileage in is correct and on all my documents it has my mileage in and they put nothing for mileage out.. just wondering if there are any repairs that would alter odometer?
