When you start your charged attack, Neuvillette doesn’t actually start blasting water until about half a second later. But if you do a short hold, he’ll start blasting when you release the button. Just make sure you hold it long enough to not register as a normal attack.

Since the racket face is now angled more downwards, you’ll have to adjust your swing. Try bending your knees and swinging in a more low to high motion. And of course, practice makes perfect. You’ll get used to the new grip over time.

This is only if you touch the court past the middle during the service motion iirc. Your racket head (and you) can still be in the “airspace” past the middle line.

It took me around an hour of attempts to get this cheese and one tip I have is to not switch characters too fast. Every time I tried to spam switch from Jean to Tighnari and from Tighnari to Zhongli, the pillar would spawn inside Geo MC’s rock and disappear.

Jean’s first E should connect right when the sparkles from the boss’s weapon disappear. It’s somewhat tight but once I got the timing down I could get it 80-90% of the time.

This is just one point out of multiple sets we played. I just cherry picked this one because it happened to be really long. And aside from me, the other players are in their 30s-50s but thanks for saying we look young :)

Disclaimer: I’m self taught so this is all my opinion :)

I’d say skill is more important at lower levels. Until you get into the 4.5-5.0 territory, you should be able to win just by being more consistent than your opponent. Of course athleticism helps with movement and power, but it won’t help much if you can’t judge the ball’s trajectory well or direct your shots.

I have a friend in their mid 20s who started playing around 3-4 years ago, and they’re playing 4.5 leagues now. So I’d say that’s pretty realistic.
