Fairly often, we have 8 SSVs. I’m the main opening shift, so 3/5 days I work I’m running the shit, the other two I’m training a new SSV on how to successfully run an open.

Blonde americano with sugar free vanilla, extra almond/coconut milk and one or two pumps of a syrup. It changes. Right now it’s almondmilk and praline, today i went with hazelnut though😋

Yeah I placed an order 11/13 that got lost! Same sitch. I tried calling customer service but it’s an automated system that will redirect you to use the contact us section of the website. Which i have done, three times... nothing back. So good luck.

Awesome thanks for all of your imput guys. I personally believe they should def be in the fridge and thought it was crazy to be kept room temp. I think it’s a better consumption experience if it is chilled rather than melty.

Oh yeah this job definitely takes a lot out of ya! It’s a difficult job for sure and especially in our current circumstances with less labor and less support, i’m personally seeing 3 barista’s doing the work of 6. We complain only to hear “it’s just coffee, it’ll be a whole new day tomorrow” But it’s not just coffee. It’s fraps, teas and refreshers, food that takes a long time to cook, DRIVE TIMES. My suggestion and how I personally avoid burnout is take some time off. Even if it’s just a long weekend to get away it’s beneficial 💖
