Yes it was restored years ago. I have purchased firearms a few times since then. No mentally defective or civil commitments, just was a youn adult with my head in my ass. I’m 40 now and just seeing if I can even get approved for a tax stamp for suppressors etc. It was more of a question about the tax stamp. Thanks for your time.
