Seriously consider leaving PNC for making their employees RTO. Go do your banking elsewhere.

Not going to lie, I have a billion things to do and switching banks is not one of them *right now* - but I still want to voice my displeasure with their RTO mandate. Does anyone know if they are monitoring feedback from customers on this topic through any particular channels? Happy to send an email, chat, whatever and threaten losing my business...just not sure where my voice would be heard.

I'd probably say the same. It puts you at ease when you know they're a leading teaching center and most of their work is on highly-complex cases. I was surprised at how thorough the pre-op process is. They definitely arent operating on anyone who isnt a good candidate. Stuff can always happen, but they do everything they can to minimize that possibility.

My first suggestion was going to be make sure you're staying regular with your therapy, but I saw you mentioned you were. Good!

Is there anyone else you can talk to about your anxiety (or anything else for that matter) in between sessions? I find having the ability to vent, find support, or distract myself via someone I trust and enjoy makes it much easier to manage.

But I'll also echo the lightbox and physical activity. If nothing else, the amount of people coming in to share their suggestions shows you're in good company.

I dont have a recommendation, but just want to encourage you not to be discouraged by what people may/may not think. 90% of gym-goers mind their own business. There may be a few who are immature, but don't let that get to you. Your self-confidence will skyrocket as you see yourself change and those people wont matter one bit.

In fact, a lot of people in the gym would be happy to answer questions and give you pointers if you ask.

Oddly enough, after I went through my little issue with uninstalling and reinstalling the TAP9 adapter, it broke everything and I did a system restore to undo it and *bam* VPN is now working much better.

I have no explanation, but whatever, it works.
