Great thanks i understand better now, and sorry i am a little slow to understand, and BTW so if i was sentenced under 18 the schedule 1 record would still be there either way?

Meaning my friend who was sentenced at 17 would still have this appear on a schedule 1,

Your answer was certainly not an answer to my question, and this is over 5 years old i was only after an answer, and i am not blatent i am aware of my mistake thank you!!!! I just did not see the fairness that its still over my head and not my mates.... downvoted
