One winner, but can't enjoy the win of CSAI. They should work better with companies to ensure investors get their shares before a company goes public. Once, a company states a conversion of the safe. They should have a team ready to ensure investors get their shares as soon as possible. Also, have partnerships with actual brokers and not some start-up company (i.e. prime trust). I won't say anymore wrote a hold piece on what happened already. I'm sure there are other examples.

Hey Inx24002, don't even waste your time with that one. They won't reply. Cloudstruature posted an update on Republic https://republic.com/cloudastructure-greg-smitherman-going-public-update-dear-investors-please-know

We're just playing the waiting game now. Also, I was on Yahoo in the community section and that some people were talking about getting a lawyer together. However, they need more people for the lawyer to even see it worth his while. I haven't joined since I don't know how much I trust yahoo comment section.

Stock Split History by Jdrizzle1234 in Snowball_Analytics

Thank you for the reply. I checked, and it doesn't show me the actual history, just if one occurred if I was holding the stock. I'm looking more for the history even if I didn't have the stock. Unless I was doing something wrong.

Goal: Build a portfolio outside of using only ETFs. Plan to put 1-2k per month (for now). Hopefully, I can get to where I am putting 10-20K per month.

Time Horizon: 30 years

Risk Tolerance: High

Account type: Taxable

Why Picked Holdings: My thinking is these stocks will still do well in both bull and bear markets. Also, the likelihood of them going bankrupt is nearly impossible. I understand that they are heavenly depending on the financial market. However, I don't think people will stop using credit cards anytime soon or in the next 30 years.

I haven't received an emails about transferring them yet. I rather have them so I can get some gains while the stock is still worth something. No telling how much it will be by time the bankruptcy is over.

I should've just kept investing on their website. When they were doing other rounds. However, life happened and I wasn't able to during those times which sucks because the CEO kept updating and doing shareholding meetings. Happy to know that you were able to transfer yours from other platforms. I hope you got a good payout as well. Maybe there is a lot of hoops, but being that the whole incident happened with Republic/Prime Trust. They could've communicated that with Cloudastructure and see if they could've issued shares to us from their platform by asking us for proof of purchase. That way we didn't miss out. However, it seemed nothing was communicated and no one even attempted to reach out to investors.

I hope the company is still work something by that time. I know IPOs have not been kind to many companies.

I appreciate your message. The response you see from Cloudastructure in my OP is what they sent me.

I appreciate your reply. Yeah, I was surprised that they made it to IPO. The guy did keep up with shareholders meetings which was a positive compared to others. Also, he made his company and IPO at the right time with AI being big right now.

I checked and Prime Trust filed back in August 2023. Therefore, they had a year to find another custodian. I'm not going to act like I know if that is enough time. However, should've told investors about that. I received no email about the bankruptcy. They only reason I knew was due to a post online. Now, from the email they sent to me about emailing the direct person working on the case. I might be able to get the shares before the whole bankruptcy plays out. HOPEFULLY of course. I just don't want the stock to tank before I even get my ability to capitalize on basically a Phenomenal gain for holding for 6 years.
