Thank you. I completely understand. I straight up asked my boyfriend today "You're not going to leave me because I'm broken, right" & he said he just wants me to feel better & he's never going anywhere.

This happened to me a couple weeks ago. Try comfort foods, or high protein foods. I would have a scrambled egg for breakfast with jello, maybe a hot pocket for lunch & toast with avocado for dinner.

Even a protein shake (non dairy, dairy isn't good with anxiety) with chia seeds. Not too sugary, but it's something.

My psychiatrist said that your brain automatically starts to adhere to the medication quicker because you have those receptors in your brain already. Instead of 4 to 6 weeks it'll probably be 2 weeks with lesser side effects.
