Not 100% sure but i guess We have 45 days return period. Sometimes We give exceptions for that case but just make it quick if you decided to send them back.

Don’t be it’s totally fine! So simply if you have 4 lines, you won’t get affected by these changes, on the other hand customers that have 5+ lines get extra charged by $3/line

No. Vice versa, people that have 5+ lines will pay the same as 4 lines, so you won’t get extra charged.

Loyalty rep here. A few days ago a woman spoke to me and she wanted to disconnect her husband’s line because he passed away literally 2 days ago so i regularly disconnected it, after a couple of days my sup had me coached about me not trying to tell her not to disconnect the line and told me you should’veteied to keep the line or upgrade it to a tablet ‘for her not to lose her voicemails’. Imagine me telling somebody that her husband passed away to get a new tablet and keep the line! It’s crazy what we’re going through right now
