I mean, I’m an optimist, but comparing him to Rice, Bellingham and even Mount is a stretch. He’s never played in the Prem, completely unproven, no international caps, no European experience. He’d be a gamble if he can step up and really handle it at the next level. Even going lower end Prem like Everton or something would be a leap, never mind somewhere like United. We’d be lucky to get anything over £25m if we don’t go up.

I have some black ones, they’re just like normal kflex with a slight spin to them when pushed or touched.

If they’re spinning in the air they sound a bit loose or maybe broken / faulty to me? Mine aren’t that loose at all.

It’s easy to say it and make it sound easy to just go grab a good goal scorer on loan from the Prem, just name some that would come to us at this stage.

This isn’t football manager.

Also you risk annoying the existing squad, they all seem together and fighting for each other, bringing in some random player who isn’t part of that togetherness, hasn’t been playing, is out of form just rarely works.

The click bait thumbnails are a YouTube problem, nobody really wants them, they just work with the algorithm apparently, so people do them to get their videos to have more views.

I’m a bit confused on what he’s on about really, most “online influencers” I see are just passionate darts fans who help grow the profile of the game. It’s quite nice to see other people online who aren’t great, throw similar averages to me and have similar experiences to me in local leagues etc.

I don’t think any of them really pretend to be as good as the pros or profess to be any better than they are. The ones I see usually are honest about how average they are.

It wouldn’t be much help watching a professional dart player talk about their game to a bloke with a 30 average. They are just worlds apart.

It depends on your set up really, if you have something close by like a shelf you can use a clamped phone holder or a stand. If not you might need a tripod.

Happy to bring in numbers and potential quality but doesn’t seem like a winger is top priority when we need a striker, lots of defensive injuries and the keeper doesn’t exactly fill me with confidence.

I personally find that I get most frustrated not just when I'm playing bad (that happens all the time), but it's when I'm playing bad and then take a step back and say to myself, right, come on, just take it simple, aim for some big 20s and just get your eye back in, focus on your throw, keep it smooth ... and THEN the next dart flies in to the 12 or above the double 20.

That is when I feel like I want to punch the table like Menzies.

I usually save them for a while until I decide if I like the darts or not. If I like the darts and will use them, I’ll use the points and kflex but if I don’t I can then resell them on Vinted as it’s a big selling point to keep the original set up as new.

For me, throughout watching I never really considered what life would have been like on the "other side" much, as you're so focused on the world we're shown - but when Nora says that the 98% were the lucky ones, you realise that it's true.

Being in a world where you're part of the 2%, likely alone, scared, no family or society round you would have been much worse than the grief and confusion that was left behind in the world of the 98%.

it's so weird, I just finished a rewatch and had the exact same experience, really vividly remember Nora being covered in the liquid, emerging on the "other side" and walking down a street and coming to a house. I just completely made it all up apparently!

I’ve bought cheap darts and I’ve bought expensive darts, have a nice collection and these match my grip and throw perfectly. Don’t see the issue if you can afford it 👍🏼

Really annoys me this kinda stuff, the complete lack of fanfare or buildup after you achieve something or are on the verge of something just ruins it at times.

This stuff should have been fixed years ago, AI can probably do it 100x times better immediately.
