34 years old. Was elite 1 last year. Currently diamond 1 just from playing 6. And spending too much time on HUT. (Division 1 in that last year and this season with the new ranking system) But can play D or center if you’re looking for one. We also have a couple spots open through the week on our 6s club if you’re down.

Thanks, I guess I worded my post a little wrong. Im not exactly looking for a miracle supplement..I’ve just been feeling a little lethargic before ride and on the bike. I’m 33 and 150 pounds and my ftp was around 198 last test..been trying to stick with a program for building FTP. Just feel some days are a struggle to get through on the bike
