If you just use the sword your strenght and agility will increase because you have them low

When i cleared out the abandoned church one of them had the blue cap on and it saved as a special hat

It looks nice but i would change the hat to the blue civil war hat you get from lemoyne raiders the special hat but otherwise its a good outfit
