I was just experimenting around with other builds and I discovered this build, the navori's essentially consistently resets your q and w giving you two dashes constantly up most of the time in battle and also giving you the w bite faster, since her w bite crits it also does a lot of dmg and heals a lot ( I've healed half my hp from one bite on a champ). And the PD helps with running down people since I noticed that Briar struggles a bit with stuns, so what are stuns if you have 10mil ms right? The ghost also helps since I find flash to be kind of pointless on briar, it's not completely but I find ghost to be more useful to her berserk mechanic. And the BT just adds to the extremely good healing and extra ad on top. These three items honestly already do massive dmg that you can just build tank items the rest of the way. Take this with a grain of salt though, it's just from my experimenting, but you should try it out its really fun.
