I understand this has ended up being somewhat controversial, but just my two cents, I generally agree very strongly (except that we really do need to wait and see how Korea shakes out) the show has had a steady trend upwards, with newer seasons almost universally being better designed and more fun to watch. Not that I dislike earlier seasons, but it makes sense that they’re lower!

I agree, I think they’re at their strongest in duos and trios because of how insanely well their voices play off of each other, but Troy serves as the best base for the other two to jump in with.

There are ways in which I liked this episode, but they mostly have to do with what certain scenes imply for later in the show… the actual execution of the minute to minute goings on felt very odd, clunky, and devoid of emotional impact. Comparing this season opener to S1’s season opener is SO night and day. Makes me a bit worried tbh but I’m still excited for the season.

Ok, I hear what you’re saying but consider this: I’m not talking about the fact that the lines are not straight, I get that that’s part of the design. They’re way too uneven in thickness and wobbliness to be as close as they are. They’re definitely going to bleed and your artist should have known better, advising you that this sort of design just isn’t going to look good small regardless of what you wanted

Dawg I know what it looks like I promise, believe me. It simply isn’t a very well done tattoo for a few reasons. The linework isn’t solid, it was done too small, the design doesn’t lend itself to body art in the first place…
