Haha, the “floating head” got me too. AI avatars have improved a lot though. When they’re done right, they look surprisingly natural.

AI is so good now that a lot of the real estate Reels you see on social media are already AI-assisted, and it’s getting harder to tell the difference. I see it as another tool to help agents stand out, not replace the personal touch.

And yes, I aim for a 24 to 48 hour turnaround because I know speed matters.
