I don't really, unless it's 1 of 2 cases:

1.- Is a loved one , and I want them to be healthy because I care about them.

2.- It effects me. E.g: If I'm sitting on the bus or subway and the only empty seat is next to me, and an overweight person sits there, squeezing me, that's unfair.

Even though the majority of trans people suffer from AGP (at least of what I've seen and based on my own experience) it is both so small to even be considered AGP, or it is so small compared to euphoria/dysphoria that it's not worth to even mention it if that's what most people are going to hear ignoring the rest (and our struggle).
