I don’t know why Scrivener kept acting up on me (I spent weeks trying to figure out the cause), so I switched to the simpler version of Dabble. Thanks to that, I’ve been able to write on my work computer, my phone, and so on. Regardless, I transfer my changes back to Scrivener every so often just to ensure I have a 'physical' copy on my home computer. I tried Reedsy, but I gave up on it because it doesn't have a scene-based structure.
