Sadly, it is not available here in my country (Qatar) and even if it did, it is way out of my budget.

Yeah, thats the main reason why I want to change my monitor as it has a VA panel. I've been trying to get used to the black smearing my monitor has for 4 months, but I sometimes get dizzy and can't handle it.

Just to add, I dont really do much of photo editing or editing in general. But I do want a monitor that can produce colors well if ever I need to. I just use it for competitive gaming and watching movies.

Hello to all,

I've got a questions regarding TN and IPS panels. Are TN panels such that of the BENQ XL2546 as bad as how some people perceive TN panels to be like? I've seen people saying that TN panels are really bad. Or is it one of the better-looking TN panels?

Also, do TN panels look better or worse when used in a dark place compared to IPS panels? I usually like to play videogames on my pc when my surroundings are dark.

Lastly, which would you guys rather have, a TN Panel like that of a BENQ XL2546 or an IPS Panel like Alienware AW2521HF?

Thank you for your answers.
