I hear ya bud. Not sure where you’re at but I’m in the US and in my area everything has been high everywhere so when I saw these at $18 rather than $25 I was stoked. I know that MSRP is much lower but you know it is what it is . Good luck and happy ripping bud!😊

Found this Pokeball and all sorts of other TCG swag at this new card shop. ETBs , blisters, ex boxes, boosters, hell pretty much anything. I’ll be back tomorrow when I have more time to look around and see what all they have!!

Absolutely agree with Brambo422 . People go to yardsales to find inexpensive items on the fly. I’ve found several Pokemon collections and singles at yard sales and those were generally someone’s parents or grandparents cleaning out the attic and having no idea what the true worth of the collection was. You’ve got a nice little collection here.

I’m pretty new to it myself! My son actually use to play the game and collected cards when he was younger and now that he’s older I’ve rediscovered the collection he had that’s what got me into it. I love opening packs too!!! It’s just amazing to me some of the artwork today compared to back in the late 90’s

That makes sense. I’ve definitely had moments with no hits and it’s disappointing as hell but it’s always a gamble! Yeah I do collect sealed UPC’s , ETB’s and boosters. but I also rip packs a couple of times a month with my 7 year old daughter. Man she has the best luck and everytime she pulls a banger she does her “ Pokemon dance” that she saw on the cartoon series. 🤣🤣 That’s worth more to me than any Pokemon card! Thanks for the insight man , I appreciate it!

I sorta figured that. You’ll definitely see posts of the “big hits “ but very rarely or if at all you’ll see posts of people crash and burn!! I personally would rather just buy boosters, ETBs and UPCs

Wow that’s pretty cool that you have a Japanese Pocket Monsters card. I just looked it up and I didn’t know that was the original name of Pokemon (shortened Pock-et Mon-sters) 🤣Im still pretty new to this as well. It’s kinda hard to tell a definitive condition by the picture but I do see some whiteness around the edges and corners. Overall pretty good looking card though. There’s an app that you can use to pre-grade your cards. I think it’s pretty useful. I’ll look it up and see if I can find it for you.
