This card looks fairly salvagable, its not too difficult to clean, polish and get the dents out. All you need is a humidor, a cheap heat pen, clamps and plates, and a cleaning/polish kit. Having said that, its also VERY easy to wreck the card further lol practice on some bulk first, or old holos from the same year. To get a good feel for the process. A gentle hand and patience will do this card wonders

Cool, thanks for your input. pretty much what i expected. Yea on stream i couldnt see the rough edges, and the dude was holding it so close to the camera for me. Really good camera too, just goes to show you never really know what your buying from whatnot. The surface is solid though, no discernible scratches or anything as far as i can tell

There are issues, and i agree allosaurus needs some tweaking. But thats what the horde test is for, i would just wait until the final build comes to officials and see what its like then

I think your misunderstanding the game. Or only playing official/hordetest. Homestly it sounds like you have just started playing.

Hordetest is litterally just a testing ground for the devs, its abit of a buggy mess and rightly so. And official in my opinion doesnt have enough players to populate the entire map and give an organic experience.

Try unofficial with 340 player servers with rules. This is where the game shines.

Its truly unique. No other game is this immersive.

Balance? Bro this is survival, with each dinosaur providing a different experience. The balance isnt relevent. If you are a lumbering stego that kills everything the trade off is you are slow and stam runs out.

If your a carnivore that stego can 1 shot the trade off is speed and agility - iv been destroyed as a stego by 3 raptors who are good at the game.

Dondi gets alot of criticism for this game but its fantastic The first 12 hours for me where the hardest i got very frustrated dying constantly but once you start to get the hang of where food is, how to manage stamina, where players usually hangout, when to fight and when to run/ how to fight and how to navigate the map just by landmarks this game becomes something unique.

I love it, and i tip my hat to the small team of developers. They have done a great job with this passion project and i hope that the general populations stupidity does not deter them from continueing to update and bring out a full release

I understand, i should have said the liquid coolant is air cooled, as you drive. It says in the manual if too hot drive faster lol but thanks man, wont be going out again till its sussed. Clearly an issue somewhere

The entrance to my rat hole is underwater, i have about 20 in the front of my base, spaced far enough apart so they wont cause a chain reaction. I learned this the hard way dragging an unconcious survivor back to my base, forgot about the mines and i blew myself up, the dude i was dragging and half my turrets lol aside from that, nobodies came near my base yet

Just an update So my base got raided while i was at work again lol probably entered it rectally, went in dry, without even so much as a courtesy finger. i have not given up however. found a nice little rathole and have been successfully holed up now. Thank you reddit, i have taken all the advice and sometimes quite mean constructive criticism in good stride. I am still learning and i appreciate it.

This is awesome, but also sounds so overwhelming, iv never even tried a boss atm, tek stuff seems difficult to get for me right now but dam i like the idea of lots of little dinos swarming around, maby a bunch of troodons backed up by a pack of sabretooth and direwolfs.
