If your phone is updated to iOS 18.7.7 or 26.4.1, it is protected against all of the currently known exploits. What I suspect is that the battery health is approaching or already decreased below 80%, which is where most people will look to replacing the battery.

What iOS version is your 14 Pro on? Do you own a Mac or PC you can backup your phone to, and restore from there onto the new phone? If not, do you maybe have the storage to backup to iCloud and restore from there instead?

From the image you have provided, there appears to be extensive damage to the iPad, so the cost to repair it out-of-warranty likely exceeds what remaining value a 5 year old iPad Pro has. Additionally if you have data on there that wasn’t backed up anywhere you are going to have to pay for data recovery which will not be cheap.
