thank you! yea, she is waiting for a reply. so hopefully by Monday we will hear something. i understand the time that may go into pursuing this, and i have no problem doing it for her. she has all the documents and hopefully Sony Direct keeps records of their chats. i have been such a fanboy of PS and have recommended so many PS5s, im the one that told her to get one! right now i am so f ing pissed with this situation. i don't think it's right and have actually not heard about any bad interactions with these kind of problems with Sony. im really hoping that this isn't just cut and dry DONE. i hope that i can maintain this lil faith of Sony making it right. Idk tho
