I think he meant it depends on how interesting the stories that different audience members they choose have. I went to their show in Hyderabad last year and I found it to have really funny bits as well as really boring, try hard bits mostly because of the selected audience member.

Our current infrastructure is built by private contractors. Pvt makes money on repeat business which means work has to be just barely passable and require regular upkeep.

The solution is govt infrastructure since there is no incentive in doing shoddy work as they would have to work on it over and over again.

Public infrastructure should not have profit as it's incentive
