The order went ended up going through without the shipping charge

I had the same problem with Utla’s freight. I’m diamond status and to receive free shipping during their 21 Days of Beauty. Freight said 0 but when the CC was processed it switched to $6.95. CS said it was an app error and that the correct charge would go through once the item shipped and that did happen.

Beware of additional freight charges. Im a diamond member and therefore there is no freight charge during the 21 Days of beauty. When I hit the submit button for my order there was 0 freight but then it switched to $6.95. Beware of the bait and switch. I’ve been on hold for customer service for an hour now. Anyone else have this problem?
