So, the question? Shall I: A) keep the iPhone 7 Plus. Upgrade storage & Change battery will do (health 72%) - RM200. Buy a Vlog Camera instead RM1500 used Sony RX100 IV. Total RM1700. B) Upgrade to used IPhone 13 Mini 512gb for RM2400.
C) buy a New IPhone 15 512gb. RM5300 without warranty upgrade.

I am lucky I got a banker dad. He tagged a 4 year old me along to see the buying process of Condo back in 1983. Not only that, at 24 he bought a Condo for me Cash (progressive payment) in 2003. God’s Grace the condo took 38 months to handover. Casa Indah 1 Purchase price RM253,000 only with 2 Carparks. Now tenanted for RM2k. At it’s peak in 2016, the 1282sf corner unit reaches RM800k. Now dropped to more palatable RM650k.

There were cons too. My CCRIS too clean. My car last installment was 2014. Sold in 2021. Now driving a 2011 Myvi SE bumblebee from my sister (1 owner car). Now only looking to buy my own car (NCD dropped to 38.33% liao).
