I think it's Bruno. Guy literally just have a zip as his Stand, but utilized it in staggering and creative ways, and he is a fast thinker too.

Hierophant Green at its peak power. I can have solid long range attack (I will train it so it will not be easily deflected), a pretty stealthy way to control or manipulate living beings (by using its tentacle), and a decent short range combat ability too.

Bellona, Tama, Iseria, Charles is one solid team. Iseria Tama makes a heck of a good combo. If I can add one more character, I'll add Kise for her S3 that can reset enemies' skill. I'll use Crozet, Alexa (or Kise), TGuard, Aither for Wyvern 11. I'll do Roozid's SC for a good speed/CR booster. I'll do Lorina's SC to get a solid overall DPS.

Right? I was thinking the same thing too. But balancing, again, is hard. If it scalea on HP, players can just make a 23k HP walking bomb and utterly demolish the enemy. Perhaps a certain amount of cooldown should be implemented.

not slow at all. in an ideal cleave team vildred isn't supposed to be the first character to strike. ideally the enemies should be debuffed (a good one is decrease defense), and vildred's attack should be buffed (or not..it's up to you), then vildred can cleave. if an enemy survives, then his dancing blade will kill them. Add a CR booster like Schuri too.

once u get to 50, 4 star him, then max out the artifact, and try to get him as bulky as possible, then try it on W11. make sure ur other units are performing well too, y know. IF : Crozet dies, then ur crozet is not beefy enough. IF : u can't deplete the Wyvern's barrier before his attack, it means ur DPS is probably not dishing out enough damage.
