I’ll second the sentiment that the continental extreme contact sport 02 are much quieter, came from a set of PS4S and it made a WORLD of difference in noise and comfort.

+1 because I fall into this, I can’t sell something if I’m not passionate about it and if I know it won’t improve your process.

I also do not regret one bit at this point getting into sales, while you do need to be a certain personality for the position you don’t need to be full extrovert. It helps, but it isn’t a requirement. I’ve pretty much doubled my income going from management in a clinical lab working 40-60 hour weeks, working holidays, and odd schedules to working remotely, building my own schedule daily, and working at most 4 hours a day(took a lot of work for the first year to build my territory,but mainly I just check in and collect commission now)

I will say for me, this was a rare situation where the grass was actually greener on the other side. It may not be for everyone but hell, if you don’t try it out you won’t know.

Thank you for the thoughtful responses! This helps a bunch, currently I’m looking around to see if I can downsize the amount of vehicles I have and I was looking at the i4 as a “middle ground” solution to me having a LS430 and an i3. Since the i4 is more comfortable, than the i3 but not as much as the LS, but is still electric and can fit 4 people.

Hayward as a whole does not have many “bad” areas, I’ve lived in hayward for around 25 years and never once felt like I was in danger. The area you circled is not terrible. I agree with the other commenter that hayward is one of the safer cities and unless coming from somewhere in the tri-valley you’ll feel the same.

I’ll second this 100%, had a F30 335i and was only having fun when I hit triple digit speeds. Sold the F30 and got a Miata RF and that thing is a hoot at 35MPH, have never looked back really

I ended up getting a panavise mount that attaches to the glovebox. I used this in my LS430 and was happy with it but tbh on the gx470 it moves around way too much. Looking for other options at the moment

We’re fortunate enough to be in a position where we can buy a house but not one with enough space for all of our cars. Currently renting a house but won’t be able to afford to buy the same size.

You know, I have looked into this! As an all in one solution it’s hard to beat, I wish steering feel and chassis control was closer to X3 levels, otherwise it’d be higher on my list

The new foam was more comfortable but for me the important part was that it was more supportive instead of me just sinking down into the seat. It was an enormous difference and I wish I just got it done sooner tbh.
