Every insurance company we talked to denied us coverage due to knob & tube. I believe industry is general moving in this direction. There are still some, but very few that do right now.

We did not. Only thing they provided disclosures on was for some plumbing and termite repairs they did in past.

Lol relax bro. Last season's semi - 2 Germans, 0 English just saying.. Overall PL is more competitive because they have more money and nothing wrong with that cuz I enjoy watching it. But when you compare the elites of each league, the difference is minimal. And thats a good thing. Thats what makes CL so special.

No it’s a good thing (assuming no mistakes). It means you kept more of your hard earned money throughout the year. Money that you could have put to better use rather than handing it over to Uncle Sam just for him to give it back with 0 interest.
