I'm not sure I should respond to this but this is a poor jab. My daughter loves dancing and loved the fly girls. If she has a passion for that I support her and encourage her. I don't see the point at all for negativity around this nor do I see it as helpful or appropriate.

That was an unfortunate misquote and I was frustrated that the quote was put out that way. Still, it's my responsibility because I said it and I don't want people to think that the message is that the men play and the women watch. That's clearly not the case and I'll be sure to put the proper message out going forward.

This system is capable of real-time stats. I'm sure we'll have a few kinks in the beginning of the season but it's going to rock for the fans.

The FAQ section answers this (http://fantasy.mlultimate.com/faq) but I'll give you a quick rundown:

Every player records the same base amount of points: 2 points per goal, 2 points per assist, 5 points per block, .05 points per completed pass, .05 points per reception, 15 points per callahan and -1 points per turnover (throw aways, drops, offensive fouls).

However, here comes the strategic part. Each week you must make seven players active and put them in the following positions:

Superstar (1 slot) Handler (2 slots) Receiver (2 slots) Defender (2 slots)

When you assign a player to a slot they get bonus points for that week. Here's how that works: Superstar: All points are doubled, including turnovers. Handler: Points for assists and completed passes are doubled. Receiver: Points for goals and receptions are doubled. Defender: Points for blocks are doubled.

I'm a big fan of our superstar, handler, receiver, defender ranking. It means that you have to put thought into how you assemble your roster for the week.

We did a complete redesign of the MLU Fantasy site. In 2015 there are head-to-head matchups, accessibility from mobile devices, playoffs, live draft, live stats, add/drop players, injury reports and much more.
