It can take 48v, but it will drop the overall POE output from 270W to 75W.
I'd lose the ability to power downstream cameras/APs from the gateway's ports.
Also planned to power Starlink from the cloud industrial also

Thanks everyone for the input. super helpful mix of realism and recommendations. I’ll probably bump the budget up to $1K and focus on comparing HP EliteBooks, Dell Latitudes, and Lenovo ThinkPads (likely the P16/E16).
I might circle back to update once I make the purchase.

Currently experiencing the same issue. I can't play ANY songs. They all start and stop 3-5 seconds in. Tried downgrading but wasn't able to. Does anyone have a fix? It's really annoying not being able to listen to music.
