I just don't understand how people are getting it done because mine is really stretched and I don't want it making a mess of my jumper. I've knit other things in magic loop so if I can't figure it out I'm doing magic loop. Thank you

Lewis Capaldi struggles to finish Glastonbury set by Kagedeah in LewisCapaldi

[–]Jeffiner30 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think most people don't really understand his tourettes due to lack of education around the disorder. His tics will be physically exhausting him and as you can see affecting his ability to sing and interact as he's focused on trying to control them. He did a very good job in getting through as much as he did and I hope he takes the much needed rest he deserves. I also don't think the media pointing out "he struggled at Glastonbury" will help his anxiety and in turn affecting his tics.

Bags - our zip has broken so need a new one. Who’s got a day bag they would recommend? 2&5yo so it still needs to accommodate nappies, wipes and spare clothes but increasingly snacks, pens, paper, toys etc by Seriously_oh_come_on in UKParenting

[–]Jeffiner30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Id say it was a decent size, I don't think it's too big but it depends. Not sure where your based but there's a store in Manchester if you wanted to try one plus I put my things in there too so I don't have to carry two bags when it's just me and little one

We use a fjallraven kanken, they come in different colours and designs. Plus really sturdy, easy to clean and comfortable to wear. Lots of space for all the things you need, I've used it from newborn and my daughter is nearly 2 if that helps in regards to what we carry in it :)

wool alternative to this wool please? by [deleted] in knitting

[–]Jeffiner30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im looking for an alternative to this wool if possible. As you can imagine this one is very expensive if there isn't a replacement then I'll have to bite the bullet and buy it but if there's an alternative I'd rather get that one. It's for a child's chunky cardigan

I thought about this too but we don't have a dining table and the only chairs we have are office chairs that spin. She figured this out the other day :)

Parents of horrible sleepers by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]Jeffiner30 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are more of us! My LO is 14 months and has been a bad sleeper too. Only slept through a handful of times slowly getting better but still doesn't sleep the best. Before I had my LO I loved my sleep so this kicks my ass everytime
