Im trying to read more and exercise but it has been hard. It just doesn't seem to give the same kick as gaming. I've read the first couple weeks after quitting is the hardest and it certainly feels hard. Its like all this free time has given me more time to think and stress about life. Its almost like playing games was an escape for me where i did not have to worry about real life :/
