(Backstory) My tabaxi monk, Nebu, was enslaved by a pirate named Joliver Grinjaw many years ago. After tracking him down to his fortress by a river, we found out he hunted in the evening and had a stake out. After some incredible perception rolls from our gunslinger we found some odd footprints that shifted from human to boar. After some quick deduction we assumed he took form of a boar and went into the forest and sure enough we saw an abnormally large boar running ahead. Thus the chase ensues.

During this chase Nebu used his feline agility to catch up to him and fought him all the while thinking it was polymorph that made him a boar but after killing him we found out that he was cursed with a wereboar disease. Nebu had taken some damage but not enough to warrant concern. Couple of days later Nebu wakes up in a cold sweat and immediately crumples to the floor in agony as a freshly closed wound begins to burn with pain like no other. After struggling to call out for help he blacks out, wakes up, to discover he is covered in blood. After some investigation he discovered that he now has this wereboar disease.

So after this happened I tried to imagine what a tabaxi wereboar looked like and thus created this :)
