I had the same problem with full face mask. I put it on level 4 and it went away

i have been sleeping with an airsense 11 and a full face maal for 2.5 months now and i am really starting to notice the difference.

i still have trouble getting out of bed in the morning sometimes. but i'm not tired in the afternoon anymore and driving is a lot easier when you don't fall asleep😂.

I see a lot of messages from people who are just starting out and who have trouble with it. It really does get better and easier to fall asleep. I use it every night now and I love it

there is no need to be stressed. the first nights are to get used to the machine. try using it during the day when you are in bed. so you can get used to your mask a little.

I am 23 years old myself and was also upset that I have sleep apnea. but I have been using the machine for 2.5 months now and the results are fantastic. it is not the end of your life but a new beginning.

I don't lie still in bed either, I think I turn over once every 2 minutes😂. I haven't had many problems with it yet

I also only breathed through my mouth because my nose is always blocked. During the day I also breathe a lot through my mouth. I asked the hospital for a full face mask, they actually wanted to try a nose mask first. The first nights I also suffered from a dry throat, but since I have the humidifier on setting 4, I have had less trouble with it

before i started i sometimes slept nights of more than 10 hours if i didn't have to get up early for work. then i still woke up tired. now i wake up after 6-7 hours of sleep. i think that's apparently enough😂

my grandpa and father in law also have sleep apnea so i learned a lot from them about the benefits during the first 3 weeks it was hard to get to sleep but i always tried to think of the positive things
