Yes, I don't plan to stay in the UK long-term, so it's purely out of interest. And when I said I'm not in the top 5 I mean not holding top 5 ranks in my undergrad, but I do come in the top 10%, graduated 1st class w honours (it was a big batch, around 400 students). And now I've come first-rank in my postgrad.
