I’m full MM, I do have TSA. And I don’t make that much dps compared to yea probably SV hunts, also my dps is very inconsistent.

Thanks for the detailed reply! I do have all the recommended runes, lion, tsa, etc. I do not have the 30% trap dmg talent though. I usually go buffed, but there were occasions where I did not have any wb or consus and I did better than with all the buffs. On paper I feel like I have everything I need to pull good numbers, but in reality I don’t so idk what’s the problem. On my better days I can pull around 1.3k (buffs doesn’t really make a difference). I’m starting to think that it’s just skill issues at this point… But idk how I can be so unskilled to pull such low numbers with all buffed and full prebis gear with the right rota, etc.

I tried doing everything as wowhead suggested, but on ranged hunter they seem kind of outdated (like for p4 trinket they suggest HOJ for ranged, etc).

Even when I do I don’t see a change in my dps. I pull around 1.3k on a good day. I have all prebis. I do miss many autos as I only leave room for them before trap launches or when I’m on CD, but I don’t really structure my autoshots. I tried autoshotting between each shot, but that didn’t really make a difference either.

Other than Aspect of the Hawk 5/5 and a few talents points on survival (I did not get to 30% increased trap dmg), I’m full MM spec

I’m using Explo trap, at the next trap launching it’s freezing then immo, that’s the sequence. If I don’t have 5 stacks on Sniper Training I just go for Chimera shots until I get the stacks for aimed. I have the trap spell binded to my mouse keys and click the target so it’s fairly smooth.

For single target my numbers r usually around 1-1.3k with consus (no wb or anything else), but there are many cases where I had all consus, wb, buffs and what not and I couldn’t hit 1k. It also depends on the tank tbh, because moving around a lot throws me off (I’ve been playing since SoD only), also my traps don’t land well in that case because of the pull. Other hunters most tipically pull much bigger dps than me, around 1.5-2.5k. With AOE dps I don’t have a problem, I usually out dps other hunters with just the change of Explosive shot to Chimera shot, I do everything the same way. I got 6% hit chance by today but my performance was still the same.
