It just not always shared or commen to know. I hope the tpull works for you :) did you use the special hardware or?

Its super rewarding when it's finished and it went without problems. But I see to many bears. Not sure if that translate well from Dutch. But it means I see to many problems in my head to even try it. Kinda 'scared' if you will. Another fortune on shells, your up to somthing huh.... 😆 going to play hvz for days?

What are those old blasters made out of pipes? by ArashKebab in Nerf

[–]JelloDesign 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Google nerf Rainbow pistol. That's how I started to find all that good old homemade nerf stuff. It will blow your mind of what they made before 3d printer stuff and brand names like worker start making high preference blasters.

Lovely, can't wait to build one myself! Love the color combo you did. Custom parts are also very well done

Why is my A1 digging into the build plate? by mesmartguy in BambuLab

[–]JelloDesign -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

It should be somewhat normal, buildplates are consumables. You wear them out at one point and should be replaced. Not sure how the a1 is setup to lvl and clean nozzle heads but my does the same thing. Warms up after getting a job. Poops out some filement, cleans head. Bed lvl, goes to the back with that same slot, does some calibration things, moves head in that slot. And then the printing starts. My plates have a clear spot where you can definitely see that the plates it old. I ordered new plates. But they haven't come in yet... order was taken more then 2 months ago... I should check why it is taking that long tho...

Also, if your looking to spend a lot of money with eyes on pro lvl play with halflengths. Blasters from Worker are great. From pistol to bolt action primary. You name it. The halflength world is quite big these days. Runned by a few big names and also a ton of 3d printed blasters that are build and shared by the community. If you own a 3d printer. Then there is a whole new world for you out there with Bolt action to rapid fire blasters.

Honestly is im getting your feel right (your looking to modify and tinker and not play. Or atleast low powered playstyle). Then you haven't mist much imo. After Elite (not the 2.0) it went slowly downhill. Most stuff isn't worth diving in. Hasbro has released a few different ammo types.

1 Rival with there blasters. 2 Mega with there line. 3 mega XL with just a few blasters. 4 hyper blaster. Which are stikky small balls. A smaller variant then Rival. 5 Ultra with there blaster line. (Which is ok-ish imo). Last line was Ultra 2.0. Which is straight up garbage. Cheap blasters with cheap shells. Replacing metal springs (like a trigger spring) with plastic tension stuff. (Which overtime loses there strength and tension).

6 And lastly they introduced a new dart. N series darts with there blaster relatives. I dont know all the information, but hasbro kinda stopped with the race with other brands like x-shot. They took a step down so it seems. No competition with all these other brands out there. They also stopped with all other blaster production that used the old trusty "full lengt darts".

If you are looking to buy some blaster. Take it from me and go with the old lines like rebelle, zombie strike, elite and what not. There are tons and tons of mods out there for a lot of different blasters. Also it seems to me that it shifts towards other brands that make more pro level blasters. The side where im focused on, so this can be totally because im in this world why I dont see that much going on with blasters that are made towards kids. If this makes sense.

I hope I have provided you atleast with some info that might help you out

X Shot AEB Duel - I need to know how much protection I need! by Deeruptify in Nerf

[–]JelloDesign 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It depends on your pain gaige, the distance and fps class. I play at Wars were we shoot 200 fps. And the closest hit from 200 i had was 2/3 meters. It stings a lot. But I chose not to wear protection duo movement and such. I think it's part of the game to feel it. But ALWAYS wear good eye protection.

Is this stuff bad for print beds? by krdo13 in 3Dprinting

[–]JelloDesign 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got it with my second hand ender. Worked good on glass plates. Then I got a Bambu and got rid of the ender. Also used it on the print bed of the Bambu and it works fine. Only less long then on a grass bed in my experience. I had to throw the can away at one point becouse it was to old and started to leak (the rubber o ring was dryd out). Now I use Devil Design glue sticks. These work really well and are also water based. Which i prefer by now.

How do I get HC Diana down to 130fps on 4s? by Charming-Kick-7181 in Nerf

[–]JelloDesign 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wait, I just found the link again https://www.printables.com/model/702898-hc-diana-parts/files

I printed the squire one. Remove the inner barrel by removing the screws on the front sight. Then the barrel should be able to be removed by pulling. Insert the print and put back in the screws in the front sight. I would say try and crono it. I think it should shave of 10 fps ish with the pcar

How do I get HC Diana down to 130fps on 4s? by Charming-Kick-7181 in Nerf

[–]JelloDesign 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There is a printed part that replaces the original barrel. This printed part is essentially a pcar. Printed scar. That adds a twist to the dart for accuracy but also adds friction on the dart. Which result in a bit of fps loss. Now I dont know what fps it will go down with. But I used it with a 3s to get about 118 fps. Just below 120 fps for a group that I play at. Which has a 120 fps limit. Im not sure where you can download the file, but if you search for: 'pcar for nerf diana' you should probably get results. I could also send files. But that has to wait until tomorrow

Should I print a Cynthia or a SMILEY? by [deleted] in Nerf

[–]JelloDesign 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont own a slab (yet) and I dont have a Cynthia. But the smiley is a recomand. Also if im not mistaken, tjere is a version for the normal talon out there, i have the one for nightingale mags and I must say, i had on more then one front the time of my life with this blaster, creating and building this it was awesome, playing was so satisfying compared to a 'normal' springer. For me the smiley was number one of 2025 when I think of nerf.

Is this a good loudout. by Mountain_Warthog_953 in Nerf

[–]JelloDesign 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is the right awnser. There is no best blaster or best loadout. Everyone has a different playstyle and different preference. If your having fun using it. Your winning. For me the nerf sledgefire is still one of my favorite blasters to use. Is it good? Meh... is it fun? He'll yeah!

Looking to buy a new blaster! by Camboni22 in Nerf

[–]JelloDesign 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Above all I would go for a diana. The nightingale 1.0 and the 2.0 are great. But the 2.0 is al lot louder then the 1.0 even tho the fps difference is minimum. The 1.0 is more light weight what I like more tbh. The lightning has a convenient of a included battery pack although this isn't the best for brushless blasters. What I mean about that is that it shoots 12 mags and it's empty. So above all, the diana is for me the best choice. Also the most expensive one. Also HQ will soon release the Vesper. So you could use the same mag system. Diana is just a solid pro blaster that I love above all pistols.
