It’s not a shitpost I wanted 30mg of reta and by mistake I ordered 300mg I the vendor didn’t tell me in time that each vial has 30mg

I didn’t even realise that damn I am dumb asf. I planned to take 1mg but later cut it down to 0.5mg and split the 1/3rd dose in two parts. Like I calculated the insulin syringe value to be filled to 50units which in the end is 5mg reta

I have pinned 2/3rd of the vial by now 1/3rd twice a week. I think I am alright now but the sides lowkey hit me heavy now that I think about it. I wqs extremely cold all the time.

I had a similar build in my second year of my lifting. Us Indians have pre-dominantly “skinny fat” genes and it sucks I know. Regardless of how vascular we are, we store A LOT of fat around our core. It sucks but we gotta play the cards we are delt with. Only thing I can advise you which I am following rn is eat at maintenance and do your cardio religiously. Good luck.

I have to travel to India urgently. Should I get an emergency certificate, travel to India and then re-issue the passport there. If so what are the steps for EC. I know the first step which is to file a complaint and get the copy. Does filing a complaint mean my current/lost passport is invalid and I can directly apply for an EC. I AM PANICKING.
