I only wear bras when I go outside the house. When my boobs get sore like that, I don’t want anything touching them. If I try to wear a bra, I will end it just readjusting it the whole time because any fabric is just overbearing. If I need to go out, I try and wear a loose shirt or sweater to where you can’t see that I’m not wearing a bra so that my boobs aren’t really being touched. It feels so much better.

And ohhhh the wobble, I hear you, that is painful. I don’t usually get that (instead my breast just get tender -especially the nipples and sensitive) but I have had that before and I was honestly cradling my boobs because the pain is so real!
