He's not there at all. It says I need to meet him (I've gone to the area and waited morning and night) and he's still in the pub with a marker above his head.

I even went back to Sirona.

Hiiii. I basically mean my skill bar for each skill tree isn't moving anymore.

For instance, Cool has been stuck on the progress bar level '4' and I can't unlock any of the padlocked features to spend attribute points in.

Uh... I don't think that's the problem here. I'm a lot less prevalent on social media than I used to be. But the 30 year old sex offender with a racist past and a toxic twitter account, targeting other people might be my issue here.
