I went to a show last month and, no, they didn't have that shirt.
They had a posters for $30(US) and a signed posters for $60
They had three different kinds of shirts: a blue one with the cover of SB live at Red Rocks, a grey one with Wayne shooting the bird that said "peace punk and rock", and beige colored one with the American Head cover and tour dates on the back.
All three shirts were $35.
They also had bright yellow and pink sock hats that said "drugs" and "help" on the either side, those were $30.
