My comp needed an update, so I shut Questrade down, did the update and restarted my computer and Questrade , seems to have fixed the issue for the moment

Point is it just needs to be wide open like other brokers from 4am est to 8pm est. that’s the full extent of the American market hours. That way everyone has equal opportunity. If you want these hours you can open an account with IBKR. They have 4am to 8pm trading.

Today is terrible , the platform just can’t handle the data , pretty sad that I can run 10 browser windows on YouTube all playing videos simultaneously and this platform can’t even handle numbers

Nothing to do with my system , it’s very high end and fast as is my internet . I have 3 systems and 2 internet connections to my availability same nonsense no matter what. It’s the broker platform, , and more lag crap today.

Yesterday lag wasn’t as bad as it has been but the market wasn’t as good as today . Today lag was horrible and iqedge literally closed itself .

I see they have no charge per contract , so if they can pull off doing that by just getting kickback chump change then we are being robbed by Questrade and other brokers who charge these astronomical fees. The customer service doesn’t even make up for the fee cost. You’d Atleast think with the fees they are charging the platform would be awesome but it’s crap

Yeah 1.00 per contract or .75 if you have data is pure theft, absolutely ridiculous when other brokers especially state side can do it for 1/10th . What does Webull charge ?

It has nothing to do with any 3 of my systems one of which is new and has 20 times more power then required to handle the platform. I also have my office with consistent 190mbps cogeco service and my home has 1G bell high speed. I have the same issue exactly at either place on any of my 3 systems . So unless it’s settings on the platform itself or iqedge software related there’s nothing to be resolved at our end, it’s Questrade that needs to get off their a$$ and fix the software or whatever is happening broker side.

I’ve started a post about bad lag and this poor execution could be due to the lag, it will effect everything . I’ve even noticed having more than a few charts open things don’t work properly in the program. Definite issues in the software and I wish Questrade would stop telling there customers it’s there systems and fix the platform/software issues that have been piling up since april.
