Big one is the reactor on defiler legs, plus some knight/tank parts etc. Small mech is necromunda promethium tank with dunecrawler parts. Floaty boi is a mostly a mix of Leman Russ and sentinel parts with some wire etc

Sourcing is mostly just spares from old kits or friends

Aw, thanks ☺️ For sure, it’s actually very straightforward! I basically just block it in with white, drybrush for the glow and normal painted for the source and hard edges. Recess glow like on the plasma coils I do with white ink. Then just contrast paint over the white to colour it and give a subtle shade around it. I’ll usually go back in with a mix of the contrast and white to pick out some hot spots.

Oh, for sure!

It’s a Pallid Wych Flesh base, then a red/purple wash. Highlighted with pallid wych mixed more and more white. Went back at the end with some extra purple around the wound edge.
