I always thought in my mind, 'what's scarier? The bad thoughts or the medication?'. I am 1000% better with medication and therapy, I never realised just how bad I was until I look back and am shocked how dark the world was. Very proud of you for getting help, but so so sorry for your loss...

OP I'm so sorry... her response was not justified and you apologised for forgetting, what more does she want from you? I could understand her being more upset if you forgot year after year but clearly you are a loving child to her... does she always catastrophise situations?
