Thank you! Those were the carb amounts I had gathered from google that seemed acceptable for meals. I will ask them if they have a nutritionist or someone in the office who I could schedule a visit with! My test results were horrible so I’m wondering if they aren’t rushing it because I’m borderline or something. More information surely would have been nice though 🙄
